Follow-ups on a booking

We understand that it is not possible to answer all questions in a single meeting sometimes. Hence, on Quicko Pro, you can help a customer to book another meeting with you. Since this is just an extension of the previous one, customers won’t be charged for it.



To extend or book:


  1. Navigate to Bookings from the left nav bar.
  2. You’ll see 3 tabs: ‘Upcoming’, ‘Completed’ and ‘Needs action’.
  3. In the ‘Needs action’ tab, you’ll find the booking that was conducted. Or simply search for it from the search bar in the header.
  4. In the menu, you’ll find 2 options:
    • Extend a follow-up: When you want to customer to book a follow-up at their convenience, extend a follow-up by selecting an expiration date and a reason.
    • Book a follow-up: When the customer agrees on a slot that you’re available for, book a follow-up by picking a date, slot and reason.
