We understand that it is not possible to answer all questions in a single meeting sometimes. Hence, on Quicko Pro, you can help a customer to book another meeting with you. Since this is just an extension of the previous one, customers won’t be charged for it.
To extend or book:
- Navigate to Bookings from the left nav bar.
- You’ll see 3 tabs: ‘Upcoming’, ‘Completed’ and ‘Needs action’.
- In the ‘Needs action’ tab, you’ll find the booking that was conducted. Or simply search for it from the search bar in the header.
- In the menu, you’ll find 2 options:
- Extend a follow-up: When you want to customer to book a follow-up at their convenience, extend a follow-up by selecting an expiration date and a reason.
- Book a follow-up: When the customer agrees on a slot that you’re available for, book a follow-up by picking a date, slot and reason.
