Upload and View Files

You can manage documents for a booking in your workspace. Easily organise your files directly from the Booking Summary tab.


Things to keep in Mind

  • Supported Files: You can upload .pdf, .xlsx, .json, or .jpg files.
  • Security: All your files are stored securely to ensure confidentiality.
  • Quick Actions: Use Download all or Delete all feature for faster file management.


How to Upload and View Files

  1. Log In to Your Workspace: Access your account by logging in.
  2. Go to Bookings: Navigate to All Bookings or My Bookings from the sidebar.
  3. Select a Booking: Choose the relevant Booking to open its Booking Summary page.
  4. Access Files Tab:
    • Click on the Files tab located next to the Activity tab.
  5. Upload Files: Click the Upload button and select the file(s) you want to add.
    • Files here can be downloaded, shared, renamed, or deleted by you or the customer.
