Sometimes, cancelling a booking is unavoidable. Depending on your workspace’s policy, cancellations can be made before the booking starts, ensuring a smooth process for both you and the customer.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Cancellation policies vary:
- Flexible: Cancel anytime before the booking starts.
- Moderate: Cancel up to the same day of the booking.
- Strict: Cancellations are not allowed.
How to Cancel a Booking
- Go to Bookings: Navigate to Bookings from the sidebar.
- Locate the Booking: Use the search bar or browse the Upcoming tab to find the booking you wish to cancel.
- Open the Summary View: Select the booking to view its details.
- Cancel the Booking: Click the menu icon and choose Cancel. Confirm the action based on your workspace’s policy.
