Extend a Follow-Up

There will be instances when a single meeting won’t cover everything. Follow-ups let you help customers continue the conversation without additional charges, ensuring a smooth customer experience.


Things to Keep in Mind

  • No Extra Charge: Follow-ups are considered an extension of the original booking, and customers are not charged.
  • Flexibility: You can either extend a follow-up for customers to book at their convenience or schedule it directly with an agreed-upon time slot.


How to Extend or Book a Follow-up

  1. Go to Bookings: Navigate to Bookings from the sidebar.
  2. Find the Booking: From the Needs Actiontab, locate the bookings that are already conducted.
    • Alternatively, use the search bar at the top to find the specific booking.
  3. Choose an Option:
    • Extend a Follow-up: Select this option to allow the customer to book later. Set an expiration date and provide a reason for the extension.
    • Book a Follow-up: If the customer agrees on a time, choose this option. Select the date, slot, and reason for the follow-up.
  4. Confirm: Save the follow-up details to finalise the process.
