Sometimes, a booking needs to be handled by a different team member due to availability or expertise. Your workspace allows you to easily reassign bookings to another member serving the same plan.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Only members associated with the plan can be assigned the booking.
- Availability indicators will help you select the right member for reassignment.
How to Reassign a Booking
- Go to Bookings: Navigate to Bookings from the sidebar.
- Find the Booking: Locate the booking you want to reassign and open the Summary View.
- Click on the three dots and choose Reassign from the options.
- Choose a Member: Select the member to whom you want to reassign the booking from the dropdown or manually search them.
- Set Details: Pick a new date and slot, provide a reason for reassignment, and click Confirm.
Once reassigned, the new member will be notified, and the booking will reflect the changes.
