Cancel a booking

There could be several reasons to cancel a booking. On Quicko Pro, you can cancel a booking before it starts (based on the policy workspace has chosen).



To cancel a booking:


  1. Navigate to Bookings from the left nav bar.
  2. You’ll see 3 tabs: ‘Upcoming’, ‘Completed’ and ‘Needs action’.
  3. Find the booking from search bar and go to the summary view.
  4. Click on the menu icon and click on Cancel. If your workspace policy is:
    • Flexible: you will be able to cancel the booking any time before it starts.
    • Moderate: you can cancel before the same day.
    • Strict: you will not be able to cancel.
