Reschedule a Booking

Uncertainties are a part of life. Whether the customer isn’t available or you are caught up in something unavoidable, rescheduling ensures flexibility without compromising on service.


Things to Keep in Mind

  • Workspace Policy: Rescheduling is allowed only before the booking starts, based on your workspace’s chosen policy.
  • Notify the customer in advance to confirm their availability for the new time slot.


How to Reschedule a Booking

  1. Go to Bookings: Navigate to Bookings from the sidebar.
  2. Find the Booking: Open the Upcoming tab and locate the booking you wish to reschedule.
  3. Click the three dots next to the booking and select Reschedule from the menu.
  4. Select Details: In the dialog box, choose a new date, time, and provide a reason for rescheduling.
  5. Click Confirm to save the changes. The customer will be notified of the updated booking.


Tip: A heads-up to the customer before rescheduling can improve their experience and satisfaction.
